Sandra Griff works with people in life transitions to help clear their energy clutter, mind, body, soul and home. She has lived the dark lonely place of being stuck, of feeling like life had died inside her. Lifting herself up from life’s challenges like empty nest, divorce and the death of a partner was difficult and sometimes unbearable until she discovered the power of her mind and energy. Now she teaches others how to refocus and use their energy to get Back to Life.
As an international speaker and Energy Movement Facilitator, Sandra spends her time immersed in energy and helping people revive their mental and emotional health. She is a teacher at heart.
Sandra is an EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master and Trained Professional Organizer. And she combines all of those talents to help people gain clarity, calmness and focus.
She has been featured in Womanition Magazine, Nominated for a Supearlative Award and is a member of multiple health related organizations including Your Holistic Earth and their not for profit AIMHH.
Nothing in Sandra’s younger life prepared her for where she is now so the last few years have been an amazing ride.

Michelle was speaking on stages about podcasting before most people knew what they were. She started a Vancouver-based Podcasting Group in 2012 and has learned the ins and outs of the industry. Michelle helped create and launched over 30 Podcasts in 2018 and has gone on to launch over 200 shows in the last few years. She wants to launch YOURS this year!
17 years as an Entrepreneur and 10 years as a Mom has led her to a lifestyle shift, spending more time with family while running location independent 7 Figure Podcast Management Agency, Amplifyou. Michelle and her family have been living completely off the grid lakeside boat access for the last 5 years and loving life!
